Hunger Overhaul removed

Had to remove Hunger Overhaul from the modpack. It was causing massive CPU load. Read more about it on the forum: <forum> I am sad :(

    Re-added Hunger Overhaul! Woot! Still CPU heavy but not all that noticable after tweaking the server.
